The 2025 Cragg Vale calendar is now under construction, expected towards the end of October, but we'll advise via Facebook and community grapevine (ie tell your friends!) when it's available, so you can get your copies in time for Christmas.
The theme for 2025 is "Cragg Vale - a Jewel in the Pennines" which will look at some of the facets that make our lovely village such a gem!
(Still) Priced at £6 each, copies can be obtained from our usual outlets - Mytholmroyd Post Office, Robin Hood, St. John's Church, Hinchliffe Arms and Craggies Farm Shop, or you can email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
Even though the 2025 calendar is almost finalised, we're always on the lookout for pictures that showcase our lovely valley, so If you have any scenic, interesting or even quirky shots of the area, we'd love to see them, and possibly use them in future calendars. Just send them through to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., and any that get used for the main shots in the calendar will earn a complimentary copy.
By the way - If you're out and about taking photos, please try and take them in landscape format so we don't lose any detail when cropping them to fit.
As usual, the production has been supported by some of our lovely local businesses, so that all sales proceeds can be directed into local projects.
Thanks for your help, we really couldn't do it without you
And the good news regarding the 2024 edition.............
The 2024 Cragg Vale calendar completely sold out!
A big "THANK YOU" to everyone who supported the production, from those who submitted photos of our lovely area, to our fab sponsors and retail outlets, and to everyone who is now the proud owner of one (or more) of our calendars.
Sponsorship comes from some of our super local businesses, which covers print costs, and allows all proceeds to be recycled into community projects, so in return we'd ask you to "think local, shop local" as a healthy local economy is to everyone's benefit.
