Beyond the Watermark Festival

Saturday 20th August 2016

On Saturday 20th August the Craggs Country Business Park will be hosting a free, fun filled, family friendly festival on the hills above Cragg Vale.  The day will include stalls of local produce, live music, fun and games for children as well as food and drink provided by Craggies. Alongside this, there will be a tour of one of the mills at 11.30 and 1.30 with a brewery tour at 12.30. On the 20th The Craggs will also host an organised Tractor Run in conjunction with Craggs Energy, Craggies and Calderdale Young Farmers which will leave the business park at midday to travel around the hills above Calderdale.   The daytime event will run from 10am until 4pm.

In the evening The Craggs will be transformed to host a barn dance with live music, a bar and plenty of dancing! Tickets for the barn dance, which starts at 7pm, are £10.00 and can be purchased from Craggies or Watermark directly – www.watermarkfund.org. All money raised during the day is for Watermark Calderdale to help them build a resilience fund in case of future flooding. If you would like more information about the event or would be interested in having a stall on the day please call 01422 888450 or email This email address is being protected from spambots. Festival organisers, Craggs Country Business Park, are looking for stall holders to come and join in on the day to sell their local produce – for anyone who may be interested the space is £40 for the day with £20 going towards the Watermark Flood fund.
